What A Justice?

59 People died in a accident where Ansal brothers were called responsible for the deaths, quoting that they were more interested in making money than ensuring safety of the people and now they got bail just after few months of staying behind the bards. 

Isn't the law of my country really vulnerable at times?? And what sort of punishment is Rs. 60 Crore fine to be paid to Delhi Govt? What about those who lost their lives in the incident, nothing in favor of them, not even justice? Just because as mentioned  Anshal brothers were more interested in earning money and so they did spend it. But those poor people who lost their lives in the incident did not had enough money to get justice in favor of them? Why is no one twitting or updating about the issue? Why is no one raising the voice against it and why everyone just accepted the decision given by the court? 

Agreed to the reasonable mention that it was not done willingly but then the lives were lost and families were scattered. What about them? No money could actually pay the price of a life, but if justice was given on the terms of money then that money should go to the families of those who lost their life, instead on the name of welfare to Delhi Government. 

India Today News: Uphaar Tragedy

In a major relief to the Ansal brothers, convicts in Uphaar fire tragedy in Delhi, the Supreme Court on Wednesday allowed them to walk free with a fine of Rs 60 crore. 

Awarding the jail term for a period already undergone by the industrialists, the three-judge bench of Justices AR Dave, Kurian Joseph and Adarsh Kumar Goel asked them to pay the total fine of Rs 60 crore in three months and deposit it with the Delhi government, which in turn will spend the money on welfare schemes.

While Sushil Ansal has spent over five months in prison, Gopal has spent jail time of over four months. The bench rejected the submissions of senior advocate Harish Salve, appearing for CBI, that the convicts be sent to jail to serve the remaining jail term.

"My instruction from CBI is to press for their custody," Salve said, when the court sought his views. 

Senior advocate KTS Tulsi, who represented the Association of Victims of Uphaar Tragedy (AVUT), also said that the convicts not only be jailed, but rather their punishment should be enhanced. Fifty-nine people, trapped in the balcony of the theatre, died of asphyxia following the fire and over 100 were injured in the subsequent stampede on June 13, 1997 during the screening of Bollywood film "Border". 

Earlier, a bench of justices T S Thakur and Gyan Sudha Mishra (since retired) had on March 5, 2014, held real estate barons Sushil and Gopal Ansal guilty, but differed on the quantum of sentence to be awarded to them. It had concurred in holding that there was "contemptuous disregard" of civic laws on part of the Ansals that led to the tragedy as they were "more interested in making money than ensuring safety of people". 

Justice Thakur had concurred with the 2008 verdict of the Delhi High Court which had awarded one-year jail term to both Sushil and Gopal Ansal. However, Justice Mishra had reduced the jail term to the period already served in jail by Sushil considering his age and enhanced the sentence of Gopal to two years.

Kyun aaj bhi 69 varso ke baad bhi mere aazad bharat ke neta dharam ke naam par rajneeti karte hei aur kuch ek logo ke khoon se paanv dho kar aage badh jaate hei, apni jeet ka jashn manate hei???

Sahi mayno mein aazadi laane keliye abhi iss desh ko kuch kurbaniya bhi chahiye, kuch purane ziddi vicharo ki kurbaniya, kuch dharm chust logo ke nazariye ki kurbaniya, kuc khudgarz logo ki socch ki kurbaniya... abhi inn sabh kurbaniyon ka daur shuru hona baaki hei !!!

Mere aazad bharat ke aazad nagrik, UTHO... Khade ho... Aur apni asli aazadi keliye apna yogdaan karo, kyunki har badlaav ki shuruvaat humse hi hoti hei... kisi bhi sarkaar se nahi. Sarkaar bhi hum banate hei aur desh bhi hum hi chalate hei, yeh kehna bahot aasan hei ki hum kya kar sakte hei sarkaar ne aissa kiya... lekin agar sahi mayno mein khud ko aazad kar lo, toe kya majaal hei sarkaar ki ya kisi siyaasat ki jo tumse tumhari marzi ke khilaaf ka desh maang le!!!

I gave my daughter the permission to live life on her terms, then who the f*ck are you to humiliate her for the most decent act in the world. You may be animals raping girls left, right and centre, my daughter will make love. With her consent. Consent, a word you’ll never understand the meaning of — I taught her well. I have also given her consent to run over you if you ever try to stop her alone at an ‘indecent’ hour at night because that’s how much I trust you.

So let me tell you this — I will hold my baby girl when she falls but you, please mind your own business.

Can Mumbai Police explain me the section for the particular crime under which this falls?  Well here my comparison goes to 2 different factors of police in 1 nation, Mumbai police who were humiliating the couples having sex with their consent. And another factor is Delhi police (Mr. Sanjiv Kumar) who refused to register a complaint of a girl who was forcefully kissed at Connaught place by a stranger, because they failed to understand the reason of complain. Fair enough???

Not only that but the girl’s parents were called to police station and the boy’s family was not informed about the incident, just because he is a man? He gets every right to play with a women and we live in a country where those leaders would just come up with comments like, gals should be dressed up properly – boo boo!!!

Is India going backwards, where dates and time are concerned? Whereas every nation is moving far ahead in giving freedom of life to their citizen Indian Govt is playing games like Porn Ban and catching couples having sex on their consent. Do this cops really are capable enough to understand the word consent??? Are they really worth being a security personal?? And never the less, because our honourable government is not capable to handle the crimes happening on women, they have jumped on a conclusion like interfering in the personal life of people. Are we appearing to be the next Taliban? Is the largest democracy, taking away the right of living on their very own consent from the people?? And if they are actually doing so, should we keep silence on this note or should we gather our voice and teach them that today BJP is in power because Congress did not performed their duties, tomorrow if BJP fails to perform too, we won’t be less powerful to change our selection.

For now, my concern is not the government coz anyway we do not have a better choice as of now but my for sure concern is about those police man, the so called security guardians of the people and their liberty of crossing the lines and deciding according to their individual thinking and not following the laws. We all of us have sometimes faced or at least witnessed the incidents wherein this people service as Police of any state have been rude, biased and partial, overcrossing their lines of law and behaving on their own personal views. Why??? Who the hell gave them the right to be the Gundas in Uniform?? Why is that, there is no one above them to see their activity monitor them and suspend them when needed? Why the seniors just believe in protecting their staff and not actually making them work on the laws?

Today, you all must know that those people who are even relatives or kids of police man are behaving as if they have a right to play with the society, with the law and with the females. Because if anything happens, their will surely someone to protect them and bring them out of the mess. This guys are behaving like we no more need those Gundas at the nukkad, they are seating on a chair peacefully in the so called police station.
