To The HeartBreaker...

Dear HeartBreaker,
 
Hope you remember her. The girl who loved you more than herself, the girl who made you her entire world despite knowing that she was just another contact on your phone who you texted whenever you got tired of your busy life.

May be she was good for your ego, maybe she was some kind of an achievement or a trophy that you could brag about in front of your friends, maybe she was a placeholder, maybe you liked knowing that someone was always available to answer your calls regardless of the time and situation, may be you liked seeing someone trying that hard for you.

There is a whole sea of ‘maybe’s where she is standing right now drowning in her thoughts, questioning her own identity. And she is the only one to be blamed for this because she decided to continue swimming even after hearing the forecast of the coming storm but her mistake was that she considered you as her life guard. You can call her insane for doing what she did, just like what everyone else is saying about her.

Her friends shouted, "Are you blind? He doesn’t love you and never will, why can’t you see what he is doing to you?" Little did they know that she was not blind. In reality, she was a coward, coward enough to accept her mistake.

When you entered her life, she was so terrified to let her guard down, she used to build some kind of a wall around herself so that no one could hurt her, you came and promised her that you will be there to help her and slowly you broke that wall brick by brick. She started to believe that you were her savior.

She finally told you her darkest secrets and let you see her deepest wounds. She told you that she was getting addicted to you, to your presence, to your company, your words and she didn’t want this addiction to turn into love. She suggested that you guys should maintain some distance. But you denied and she trusted you and the timing of her life. You remained at the top of her chatting list. From sweet morning messages to good night texts, you shared every tiny detail of your day with her, you discussed new songs and the lyrics you loved the most, you two talked about sweet nothings all day, all night.

By holding your hand she let you in, without realizing that you were slowly becoming her life. You shouldn't have made her fall for you when you knew that you weren’t going to catch her.

She tried her best to not fall for you but her destiny tried it’s best to make her do exactly that. You always said the right things at the right time till one day she finally realized that you were literally the person she always wanted to be with. With this realization, she switched on her self-destruction mode.

Soon you started changing and she stood there puzzled about your behavior. Your long texts got shorter by the second. Everything about her that you previously admired now irritated the hell out of you. You didn’t have time for her anymore and she started blaming herself, thinking that she may have done something wrong.

She kept waiting day and night to hear from you and you were too busy to hear her break down on the phone.

She kept losing herself every time you didn’t answer her call, every time you chose someone else over her. She was always available for you and that bothered you so you chose your plans over her always. She fought with everyone who said anything bad about you, losing her friends she kept defending you just to be called a "fool" by the end of it all.

Today she is feeling sick and really tired, tired of thinking why she believes that she could be 'someone’s sometimes' but could never be ‘someone’s forever’.

The journey of loving you was never easy for her, she kept giving up on her self-respect because you were too stubborn to let go off her, your attitude or even your wish to be a PlayBoy. Finally the day arrived when her biggest fears turned into reality. She came to know about your truth, what you were and that love was just a word for you, not a feeling to be lived for.. And she was just a time pass, knowing that was enough to tear her apart in a thousand pieces. Nothing can be worse than knowing that all the words world said about your relationship was true and all that you believed was a dream... that the best thing that ever happened to you is the biggest mistake of your life. She still wondered if it would have hurt any less had you just left without her knowing or seeing your true face. The girl that believed Love to be the biggest gift of mankind, now is forced to believe it as unforgivable sin.

Every night she cried herself to sleep trying to figure out what went wrong, she still blamed herself for everything. She screamed, why wasn’t she good enough, why her love could not change you to a better person, why all her efforts went in-vein... In all this sorrow and times of trouble she shouted your name out loud but you were nowhere to be seen. You made a soul die. She loved you, she loved you more then anyone else in the world but now it’s time for her to close this chapter and burn the entire book.

One thing I can promise you, you will look for her in the people you love. One day she’ll be the one not answering your calls, one day she’ll just scroll down your post and status because they’ll not matter then or maybe she doesn’t even have to do that because you’ll be in her block list. You’ll search for her hand whenever you feel lost. You’ll miss her voice when you badly want someone to listen to you.

One day you’ll miss her, her texts, her attention, her efforts, the way she apologized after every fight even if it was not her mistake because for her there was no point in winning an argument over you. You will miss how she cared, her love because it’s rare what she had offered you.

There are a lot of people like you and the day you’ll meet another you, you’ll want her the same way she did.

One day you’ll hear songs that will make you miss her and you will change it as fast as possible. You’ll regret everything and you'd wish you could apologize. And she’ll not be there looking at her phone screen for hours and hours, waiting for your one text to fix everything.

I promise, you’ll realize it but that will be too late because till then she'd have unloved you with every fibre of her being. She'll walk past you not even noticing your presence. Today she realizes her worth, she knows she shouldn't have to cry herself to sleep. She doesn't deserve it.

Now she’ll not settle for mediocre love, for one-night stands or friends with benefits. No not again. She’s worth so much more. She wants someone to love her the way she loved you. She wants to be the reason for someone to want to be a better person, the best that they can ever be.

Now she knows you can never be that someone. So losing you is not actually a loss for her, she had lost someone who shouldn’t be there in the first place but you have lost someone who did everything to keep you in that place.

Ban On Pakistani Artist - Following URI Attacks!!

Following the Uri attacks, a ban on Pakistani artists like Fawad Khan, Mahira Khan, Mowra Hocane among others was demanded by many Indians. This lead to a huge debate and many people, especially in Bollywood got divided over this issue.

Bollywood celebrities including filmmaker Karan Johar and actor Suresh Oberoi, expressed their anguish over MNS threat to Pakistani artists to leave India, saying ban is not a solution to terrorism.


Johar, whose upcoming directorial venture "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil" stars Pakistani actor Fawad Khan, says his heart bleeds for the lives lost in the Uri terror attack and he understands the anger in the country but boycotting artistes from the neighboring country is no solution to terrorism.


Voicing his opinion, filmmaker Vikram Bhatt had said that India should push for declaring Pakistan as a terrorist state, but should not drag actors into the situation.


"We should concentrate on making sure that Pakistan is declared a terrorist state. That should be our effort. This (asking Pak actors to leave) is like trivialising the issue-- whether artists or cricket should be allowed nor not...

"How does that matter? What matters is that people are dying, we have been constantly suffering... And the only thing we do is ban artists!" he said.

Film critic Mayank Shekhar had also criticised MNS saying culture is apolitical and when government of India has given permission to Pakistani actors to work here, any other political outfit should not "spread fear" among people.

Meanwhile, comedian Raju Srivastava has cancelled his upcoming show in Karachi, saying he can't be making jokes and be funny at a time when Indian soldiers are getting killed.

"I was invited to do a comedy show in Pakistan but every day we see that our soldiers are getting killed at the border.

In this situation how can I go and make people laugh there? 

"I don't want to go to Pakistan. Our country is good.

Here we have brotherhood, respect and love. We are happy here.

I won't go to Pakistan to do the show" he wrote on Twitter.


Veteran actor Nana Patekar on Sunday said that the time is not right for Pakistan artists to work in India. Making a comment on why it's not the right time for the Pakistani artists to work in India, he said,

"This is not the right time for them to work in the country. Country comes first, then artists."

When he was further asked to comment on how Bollywood is standing divided over the ban on Pakistani actors, he said,

"I was in Army and I have spent two and half years there. So I know who our biggest heroes are. No one can be a bigger hero than our Army men. Our original heroes are our jawans."

Backing his opinion, Nana Patekar concluded by saying,

"First stands my country, I don’t know anyone beyond my country neither would I want to know. An artist is very small in front of the country."

And now here we read an open letter written by Major Gaurav Arya on this issue of banning Pakistani artists has gone viral and the pointers mentioned in it are spot on.

Read the letter below from the view of a soldier and what your support to Pakistanis can create consequences :-

Our boys have just about returned from across the Line of Control after a very successful surgical strike. The entire nation is delirious with joy; the entire nation, except a few. Today, I was part of a panel discussion in JNU, interestingly called “Intellectual Terrorism”. The term is self-explanatory, though wide ranging. I will discuss one type of intellectual terrorism here.

The proponents of this type of terror are to found in every walk of life, but the roots of this disease are embedded in some institutions of higher learning. More of that some other time. Karan Johar wants to know if asking Fawad Khan to go back to Pakistan will stop terror. Mahesh Bhatt joins the chorus by saying “stop terrorism, not talks” implying that we must continue to talk to Pakistan. The cricket board will continue to play matches with Pakistan. Certain business houses will continue to do business with Pakistan. All this, while our soldiers are dying on the border. 

Will sending Pakistani artists back, stopping cricket and business with Pakistan actually end terror from Pakistan? No, it most certainly will not. But there is an emotion called solidarity. You cannot make films, play cricket and do business as if everything is fine, because it is not. It makes the soldier wonder aloud, “Why should I alone bear the weight of conflict?” 

This conflict between India and Pakistan is not the soldier’s personal war. He is dying and killing for you and me. Imagine a situation in which the soldier felt, and behaved, like Karan Johar and Mahesh Bhatt? Imagine if a soldier walked up to his superior and said, “Sir, while I am dying on the Line of Control, these people are going about as if everything is absolutely fine between the two countries.”How many of you would like it if a soldier felt that this was not his personal war, and he, like Mahesh Bhatt, should walk across the Line of Control and shake hands with a Pakistani soldier? Why should he alone sacrifice for India, when others were making merry? A soldier will die before the thinks of such treason, but its certainly food for thought, isn’t it?

Patriotism and sacrifice is not the sole responsibility of the soldier. India is Mahesh Bhatt’s country, as much as it is the soldier’s.The United States boycotted the Moscow Olympics in 1980, and the Russians did likewise when they boycotted the Los Angeles Olympics in 1984. This is what happens when national interest is held paramount. And this is what must happen now. For 70 years, Pakistan has been killing Indian citizens.

Are we so inured to the pain of our fellow brethren that making a movie or playing a cricket match takes precedence over a soldier’s mourning home?  18 families have been shattered like glass. Not a word for them by our Bollywood royalty, mind you. But the pain of Fawad Khan’s departure is too much to bear, it seems.

A tweet in support of Pakistani artists is mandatory. These directors and producers will have you believe that before Rahat Fateh Ali Khan sang for Bollywood, there was no music of significance in the Hindi film industry.

The cricket board is so busy making money that a widow’s silent sob and an orphan’s scream does not matter. What actually matters are day and night matches between India and Pakistan.

The most keenly contested sporting event in history, they say; even better than the Ashes. And the soldiers? Well, as far as they are concerned, they are on another planet, far removed from the glitzy Bollywood studios, and the teak paneled walls of the stately boardrooms of the BCCI.

The blood, the mud, the screams and the exploding gunpowder are just distant and inconvenient, not very different from traffic during the Mumbai monsoons. Life must go on. Its easy to ask for peace when you are a thousand miles away from the Line of Control, and your primary concerns are which party to attend this evening and where to get financing for your next film. 

Peace is not a punch line. It is the end result of war.

When I saw the families of the 18 Uri Attack Martyrs, one of whom was going to get married soon, one of whose daughter went to take her exams the next day, and one whose son decided he’s going to avenge his father’s death by joining the army, a little part of me died inside. Look at me, writing this article, enjoying my cup of coffee, seating in the comfortable zone of my home.

And look at those men who’ve come back home wrapped in a tri-colour, leaving behind nothing but remorse and no monetary help whatsoever by the Government. What was my immediate reaction? Anger. A lot of it. I was angry. I felt helpless. How in the world can I show my emptiness, do anything about anything that’s happening on our border? I could feel 1 Billion Indians feel the same angst and pain.



Amidst all of this happening inside me and all around the country, the only question that rotates in my mind is ‘What is right, boycotting the Pakistani artist, Match, Business with them? Or just being in a state of war and still stay calm with fellow Pakistanis?’ 

I truly understand that not all of the members of enemy country can be terrorist, they are simple human beings living peacefully in their own life. But we must understand that, meanwhile we are making friendly relations with the member of enemy country, our soldiers are being killed by them and they are not fighting for any personal reason, it is all about the country. 

If Bollywood is being friendly with fellow Pakistani artist and if BCCI is being liberal to play cricket with them and keep up the sports man spirit, why are only the soldiers responsible for desh bhakti?? As the major mentioned in his letter above, if the soldier would also go and be friendly to those standing beyond the Line of Control, they would never have to die, Right? Just imagine the circumstances where in our military would also think about being friendly, would you ever be able to sleep peacefully in the comfort zone of your homes? The constant fear would not let you live. Even the thought of it is so scary and unimaginable. But those soldiers are living under the sky of death daily, just so that you and me can sleep peacefully. It is our duty to support them and show our part of Desh Bhakti too by boycotting anyone and everyone from the enemy country. Let us all pledge to boycott movies that involve Pakistani artist, let us say no to watching India vs Pak cricket matches, let us not get involved in any kind of trade or business with this country, until and unless they stop killing our people. This would be just a small gesture to show respect to the martyrs who died for us and to those who are bravely fighting and protecting our borders. 

If a country is our enemy, each and every citizen of the country is our enemy. That’s what I call the nationalism!!!

For Those Who Want Freedom For Kashmir

To those who are asking for Freedom Of Kashmir.. 

I write in this open statement because something terrible is happening in the Kashmir Valley. The recent events at Srinagar only brought the situation to national attention. Some locals or outsiders pretending to be locals started to use stone and granite bombs on visitors if Kashmir as well as on military forces. Many visitors claims to have been beaten as well and some lungars for Amarnath Yatra has been looted too. Thereafter, many political and non political clashes have broken out in north Kashmir. And yet more is expected in the coming month.

I understand that there is little pro-India sentiment amongst locals in the Kashmir Valley. Many would rather the Valley be on its own, some wouldn’t even mind being with Pakistan. I will not judge you. Despite being a patriotic Indian, i won’t hold it against you if you hate India. You must and do have your reasons for it.

However, allow me to present another point of view. Allow me to tell you how your future will be best, on a practical basis, if the Kashmir Valley integrates and assimilates with India. This is not an emotional, political or historical argument. It is simply more rational for people in the Kashmir Valley who seek a better future to do it with India.

Sure, the experts will jump on me now and I am ready to take all the blames and harsh comments on me. But to those who wants to make Kashmir independent, have you ever thought that your condition will be worst and soon Pakistan is going to take you over. And to those who are happily interested in making the state a part of Pakistan, have you not seen the constant fear that people are facing in most of the parts of Pakistan? Are you really not aware about the common security issues or do you just want to close your eyes and stay ignorant always? Either way, you are choosing death or if still better a life with constant fear. 

There is also a risk of its being taken over by fundamentalist Islamic forces. It is unlikely anybody from outside would invest money in such a dangerous place. There would be no jobs and no safety. Would you want to live there? Ditto if it joins Pakistan. India is seen as a major emerging market economy. Pakistan is not even seen as a real economy.

Another issue is women’s rights. Half of the Valley’s people are women. Given the hold of fundamentalist Islam, their rights would be curbed under both the independence and Pakistan options. This half of the population would be better off with India. Or do what women want not matter?

If you are Kashmiri and care for Kashmir, the best thing you can do is to integrate with India. Your population size is small, only 7 million. It is not unthinkable to unite them and create a group of people that talks real business with the Indian government. Your local politician won’t talk assimilation, as he or she would rather hold more power than a typical state government in India. However, for you, the youth, the best bet is to make the Valley truly and heartily a part of India.

The rest of India should not ask for the removal of Article 370. The 7 million people in the Valley should. Kashmiri Pandits who were made to leave the Valley need to be brought back. Terrorism is no solution, nor revenge and retribution for Indian atrocities. Terrorism is only going to harm people in the Valley most.

So, it is youth in the Valley who have to now start a movement to really solve this problem. Get rid of Article 370. It is not empowering Kashmir. It is only empowering your local politicians, who frankly can do nothing for you without Indian integration.

Don’t blame the Indian army. It has the tough job of weeding out terrorists from a civilian population which is almost impossible without collateral damage, terrible as that might be. However, blame those truly responsible, the Pakistani army, the local leaders who exploited the situation and the experts who did nothing for you.

Don’t harm your fellow Indians, don't harm your own security forces. Don’t feel good when India fails.
Because if India fails, you will fail too.

This is truly my point of you, but you are free to share it and post it on your own wall. 

And with this post I am deleting all known and unknown people from my Facebook who have been talking against Kashmir or are sharing images that harms my patriotic feelings. I do not hold any grudges towards you but I am clear on my point of view and I deny to accept anything less then that.

Let's Support The Fears & Not Create Fuss



If Aamir Khan's wife is not feeling safe to live in India and if we have created such a big fuss on a women's insecurity about her family, have we ever tried to ask ourselves few questions?

  • -        Are we feeling pretty safe in our country?

o   Surely after all that we hear in news? A women is never comfortable travelling late night hours.. Our kids are not safe in their own school as well, some mentally retarded teachers are rapist and few hit your kids so badly that it could actually kill some. We live in a country where sick bastards can rape a 4 or 5 year girl, do you still feel safe for your family? Yeah you may because nothing has still happened to your family. But go and ask those families who have suffered and then had to wait years to get the justice. Or go and ask those, who being innocent are accused for a crime and jailed immediately.

Regardless of #AamirKhan being a Muslim or his wife being a Hindu, every family person at times gets alarmed for their family’s safety. Just think once, if you had a better choice, enough of financial capabilities, would you not think for a safe future of your own family? In fact why blame Aamir Khan, tell me if one of your close or far family member or friends are not NRI. In every part of the world there are people who originate from India and why did they shift? Either for the safe future or possibly for the economical betterment.

If we all have a right to think about our future, why can’t Aamir Khan’s wife think about safety of her family? Or do you really meant to say that if Aamir Khan’s declaration about her wife’s fear on stage was wrong? He trusted his fans to understand it, he had put front his wife’s fear in front of you. Instead of creating the fuss on the name of his religion or his true nationality, why can’t we all behave like a true fan and support him as well as assure him that don’t worry Mr. Khan we are your friends and none of us would go to hurt your family on the name of religion.


Guys don’t forget all the good deeds and his activity on the cause of social awareness he has done. Let’s not stand against him or boycott him, rather let’s be a true fan and support a fellow Indian.

What A Justice?

59 People died in a accident where Ansal brothers were called responsible for the deaths, quoting that they were more interested in making money than ensuring safety of the people and now they got bail just after few months of staying behind the bards. 

Isn't the law of my country really vulnerable at times?? And what sort of punishment is Rs. 60 Crore fine to be paid to Delhi Govt? What about those who lost their lives in the incident, nothing in favor of them, not even justice? Just because as mentioned  Anshal brothers were more interested in earning money and so they did spend it. But those poor people who lost their lives in the incident did not had enough money to get justice in favor of them? Why is no one twitting or updating about the issue? Why is no one raising the voice against it and why everyone just accepted the decision given by the court? 

Agreed to the reasonable mention that it was not done willingly but then the lives were lost and families were scattered. What about them? No money could actually pay the price of a life, but if justice was given on the terms of money then that money should go to the families of those who lost their life, instead on the name of welfare to Delhi Government. 

India Today News: Uphaar Tragedy

In a major relief to the Ansal brothers, convicts in Uphaar fire tragedy in Delhi, the Supreme Court on Wednesday allowed them to walk free with a fine of Rs 60 crore. 

Awarding the jail term for a period already undergone by the industrialists, the three-judge bench of Justices AR Dave, Kurian Joseph and Adarsh Kumar Goel asked them to pay the total fine of Rs 60 crore in three months and deposit it with the Delhi government, which in turn will spend the money on welfare schemes.

While Sushil Ansal has spent over five months in prison, Gopal has spent jail time of over four months. The bench rejected the submissions of senior advocate Harish Salve, appearing for CBI, that the convicts be sent to jail to serve the remaining jail term.

"My instruction from CBI is to press for their custody," Salve said, when the court sought his views. 

Senior advocate KTS Tulsi, who represented the Association of Victims of Uphaar Tragedy (AVUT), also said that the convicts not only be jailed, but rather their punishment should be enhanced. Fifty-nine people, trapped in the balcony of the theatre, died of asphyxia following the fire and over 100 were injured in the subsequent stampede on June 13, 1997 during the screening of Bollywood film "Border". 

Earlier, a bench of justices T S Thakur and Gyan Sudha Mishra (since retired) had on March 5, 2014, held real estate barons Sushil and Gopal Ansal guilty, but differed on the quantum of sentence to be awarded to them. It had concurred in holding that there was "contemptuous disregard" of civic laws on part of the Ansals that led to the tragedy as they were "more interested in making money than ensuring safety of people". 

Justice Thakur had concurred with the 2008 verdict of the Delhi High Court which had awarded one-year jail term to both Sushil and Gopal Ansal. However, Justice Mishra had reduced the jail term to the period already served in jail by Sushil considering his age and enhanced the sentence of Gopal to two years.

Aazadi ke 69 varso ke baad bhi aaj mujhe yeh yakin nahi ho raha ki sahi mein mera desh aazad hei. Aazad kis se huve hum aur kis tarah se huve? kya aazad bharat ka matlab sirf aur sirf angrejo ke saashan se aazad hona tha? Agar tha toe haan hum aazad hei, pichle 69 years se aazad hei... 

Lekin iss aazad bharat mein aaj bhi mera tiranga bata huva hei.. aaj bhi kuch logg kehte hei ki bhagwa (saffron) mera hei hara (green) mera hei.. kyun yanha yeh soch nazer nahi aati ki safed (white) jo ki peace aur shanti ka pratik hei voh hum sabh ka hei?? Kyun aaj bhi 69 varso ke baad bhi mere aazad bharat ke neta dharam ke naam par rajneeti karte hei aur kuch ek logo ke khoon se paanv dho kar aage badh jaate hei, apni jeet ka jashn manate hei???

Aapne aur humne aazadi ke 69th year ka celebration kiya, kisi ne zor shor se kiya toe kisi ne shanti se ghar mein beth kar kiya.. kisi ne aazadi ke nagme sune toe kisi ne aazadi ki baatein ki... kisi ne akhbaaron mein khabre padi, kisi ne itihaas padha aur dusre din se hum apni aazadi ko bhul kar samaj ke banaye bandhano ko apne paanv ki bediyaan bana kar chal pade vahi din vahi raaton ki taraf.. abh 26th January tak vaapis humei aazadi ya bharat ke aazad hone ke piche di gayi kurbaniyon ki yaad nahi aayegi... abh hum apni zindagi mein vyast ho jayenge. 

Yeh bhi nahi yaad aayega ki abhi aazad bharat ko sahi mayno mein aazad hone keliye humara yogdaan chahiye, badlaav chahiye.. Sahi mayno mein aazadi laane keliye abhi iss desh ko kuch kurbaniya bhi chahiye, kuch purane ziddi vicharo ki kurbaniya, kuch dharm chust logo ke nazariye ki kurbaniya, kuc khudgarz logo ki socch ki kurbaniya... abhi inn sabh kurbaniyon ka daur shuru hona baaki hei !!!

Mere aazad bharat ke aazad nagrik, UTHO... Khade ho... Aur apni asli aazadi keliye apna yogdaan karo, kyunki har badlaav ki shuruvaat humse hi hoti hei... kisi bhi sarkaar se nahi. Sarkaar bhi hum banate hei aur desh bhi hum hi chalate hei, yeh kehna bahot aasan hei ki hum kya kar sakte hei sarkaar ne aissa kiya... lekin agar sahi mayno mein khud ko aazad kar lo, toe kya majaal hei sarkaar ki ya kisi siyaasat ki jo tumse tumhari marzi ke khilaaf ka desh maang le!!!

Intezaar rahega mujhe asli aazadi ke jashn ko manane ka.. aap sabh ke sahyog se.

You, Please mind your own business - Consent of Indians

I gave my daughter the permission to live life on her terms, then who the f*ck are you to humiliate her for the most decent act in the world. You may be animals raping girls left, right and centre, my daughter will make love. With her consent. Consent, a word you’ll never understand the meaning of — I taught her well. I have also given her consent to run over you if you ever try to stop her alone at an ‘indecent’ hour at night because that’s how much I trust you.

So let me tell you this — I will hold my baby girl when she falls but you, please mind your own business.

Having sex with their own consent is a crime? Can Mumbai Police explain me the section for the particular crime under which this falls?  Well here my comparison goes to 2 different factors of police in 1 nation, Mumbai police who were humiliating the couples having sex with their consent. And another factor is Delhi police (Mr. Sanjiv Kumar) who refused to register a complaint of a girl who was forcefully kissed at Connaught place by a stranger, because they failed to understand the reason of complain. Fair enough???

Not only that but the girl’s parents were called to police station and the boy’s family was not informed about the incident, just because he is a man? He gets every right to play with a women and we live in a country where those leaders would just come up with comments like, gals should be dressed up properly – boo boo!!!

Is India going backwards, where dates and time are concerned? Whereas every nation is moving far ahead in giving freedom of life to their citizen Indian Govt is playing games like Porn Ban and catching couples having sex on their consent. Do this cops really are capable enough to understand the word consent??? Are they really worth being a security personal?? And never the less, because our honourable government is not capable to handle the crimes happening on women, they have jumped on a conclusion like interfering in the personal life of people. Are we appearing to be the next Taliban? Is the largest democracy, taking away the right of living on their very own consent from the people?? And if they are actually doing so, should we keep silence on this note or should we gather our voice and teach them that today BJP is in power because Congress did not performed their duties, tomorrow if BJP fails to perform too, we won’t be less powerful to change our selection.

For now, my concern is not the government coz anyway we do not have a better choice as of now but my for sure concern is about those police man, the so called security guardians of the people and their liberty of crossing the lines and deciding according to their individual thinking and not following the laws. We all of us have sometimes faced or at least witnessed the incidents wherein this people service as Police of any state have been rude, biased and partial, overcrossing their lines of law and behaving on their own personal views. Why??? Who the hell gave them the right to be the Gundas in Uniform?? Why is that, there is no one above them to see their activity monitor them and suspend them when needed? Why the seniors just believe in protecting their staff and not actually making them work on the laws?

Today, you all must know that those people who are even relatives or kids of police man are behaving as if they have a right to play with the society, with the law and with the females. Because if anything happens, their will surely someone to protect them and bring them out of the mess. This guys are behaving like we no more need those Gundas at the nukkad, they are seating on a chair peacefully in the so called police station.

Real Failure Is Giving Up Before Trying!!

For starting on something, don’t wait until everything will be just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. Never be demotivated by those obstacles and conditions, get started when you have the perfect feeling. Remember with each step you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and even more self-confident. Taking first step towards anything could never be easy, you are on a job, you are starting a carrier or you are creating your brand new organisation. Nothing comes easy on a start and the things that are easy would never last long, according to a belief well known to all of us.



Every great man on earth had started with those small and very small baby steps, he might have failed, he might have been broken, he might have struggled but what he never did was giving up. That is the only reason why someone became a big name, news or a history. Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do, than by the once you did. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbour and catch the trade winds in your sails. Struggle, Explore, Dream & Discover, Discover the hidden you.

Let me make it very clear, there are no guarantees in life. Even the false security of having a house, a family and money in the back will pass. So do not hide yourself behind those secure atmospheres and keep avoiding the consequences that you may face when you try something new. The greatest barrier to success is the fear of failure. The truth is that we all fear failures. It’s a learned habit. It is said that the only fears we are born with are the fear of falling and the fear of loud noises, the rest is learned. There’s nothing wrong with failure. In fact, if you never fail, you will never grow. Usually we often come thru those lines from a lover ‘I never dared to tell her about my love, I wish I did’. You don’t know the real thing, when you did not try for something, you already failed and it is just that no one knows you actually did. But in your heart, you will always carry the regret of not trying something and that’s a real failure.

Let me take you towards the inspirational speech of Steve Jobs (Founder of Apple Inc.), which was dictated by himself to Stanford University graduates on 12th June 2005.

I am honored to be with you today at your commencement from one of the finest universities in the world. I never graduated from college. Truth be told, this is the closest I’ve ever gotten to a college graduation. Today I want to tell you three stories from my life.
That’s it. No big deal. Just three stories.

The first story is about connecting the dots.

I dropped out of Reed College after the first 6 months, but then stayed around as a drop-in for another 18 months or so before I really quit. So why did I drop out?
It started before I was born. My biological mother was a young, unwed college graduate student, and she decided to put me up for adoption. She felt very strongly that I should be adopted by college graduates, so everything was all set for me to be adopted at birth by a lawyer and his wife. Except that when I popped out they decided at the last minute that they really wanted a girl. So my parents, who were on a waiting list, got a call in the middle of the night asking: “We have an unexpected baby boy; do you want him?” They said: “Of course.” My biological mother later found out that my mother had never graduated from college and that my father had never graduated from high school. She refused to sign the final adoption papers. She only relented a few months later when my parents promised that I would someday go to college.

And 17 years later I did go to college. But I naively chose a college that was almost as expensive as Stanford, and all of my working-class parents’ savings were being spent on my college tuition. After six months, I couldn’t see the value in it. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life and no idea how college was going to help me figure it out. And here I was spending all of the money my parents had saved their entire life. So I decided to drop out and trust that it would all work out OK. It was pretty scary at the time, but looking back it was one of the best decisions I ever made. The minute I dropped out I could stop taking the required classes that didn’t interest me, and begin dropping in on the ones that looked interesting.

It wasn’t all romantic. I didn’t have a dorm room, so I slept on the floor in friends’ rooms, I returned coke bottles for the 5¢ deposits to buy food with, and I would walk the 7 miles across town every Sunday night to get one good meal a week at the Hare Krishna temple. I loved it. And much of what I stumbled into by following my curiosity and intuition turned out to be priceless later on. Let me give you one example:

Reed College at that time offered perhaps the best calligraphy instruction in the country. Throughout the campus every poster, every label on every drawer, was beautifully hand calligraphed. Because I had dropped out and didn’t have to take the normal classes, I decided to take a calligraphy class to learn how to do this. I learned about serif and san serif typefaces, about varying the amount of space between different letter combinations, about what makes great typography great. It was beautiful, historical, artistically subtle in a way that science can’t capture, and I found it fascinating.

None of this had even a hope of any practical application in my life. But ten years later, when we were designing the first Macintosh computer, it all came back to me. And we designed it all into the Mac. It was the first computer with beautiful typography. If I had never dropped in on that single course in college, the Mac would have never had multiple typefaces or proportionally spaced fonts. And since Windows just copied the Mac, it’s likely that no personal computer would have them. If I had never dropped out, I would have never dropped in on this calligraphy class, and personal computers might not have the wonderful typography that they do. Of course it was impossible to connect the dots looking forward when I was in college. But it was very, very clear looking backwards ten years later.

Again, you can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something — your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life.

My second story is about love and loss.

I was lucky — I found what I loved to do early in life. Woz and I started Apple in my parents garage when I was 20. We worked hard, and in 10 years Apple had grown from just the two of us in a garage into a $2 billion company with over 4000 employees. We had just released our finest creation — the Macintosh — a year earlier, and I had just turned 30. And then I got fired. How can you get fired from a company you started? Well, as Apple grew we hired someone who I thought was very talented to run the company with me, and for the first year or so things went well. But then our visions of the future began to diverge and eventually we had a falling out. When we did, our Board of Directors sided with him. So at 30 I was out. And very publicly out. What had been the focus of my entire adult life was gone, and it was devastating.

I really didn’t know what to do for a few months. I felt that I had let the previous generation of entrepreneurs down – that I had dropped the baton as it was being passed to me. I met with David Packard and Bob Noyce and tried to apologize for screwing up so badly. I was a very public failure, and I even thought about running away from the valley. But something slowly began to dawn on me — I still loved what I did. The turn of events at Apple had not changed that one bit. I had been rejected, but I was still in love. And so I decided to start over.

I didn’t see it then, but it turned out that getting fired from Apple was the best thing that could have ever happened to me. The heaviness of being successful was replaced by the lightness of being a beginner again, less sure about everything. It freed me to enter one of the most creative periods of my life.

During the next five years, I started a company named NeXT, another company named Pixar, and fell in love with an amazing woman who would become my wife. Pixar went on to create the worlds first computer animated feature film, Toy Story, and is now the most successful animation studio in the world. In a remarkable turn of events, Apple bought NeXT, I returned to Apple, and the technology we developed at NeXT is at the heart of Apple’s current renaissance. And Laurene and I have a wonderful family together.

I’m pretty sure none of this would have happened if I hadn’t been fired from Apple. It was awful tasting medicine, but I guess the patient needed it. Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick.

Don’t lose faith. I’m convinced that the only thing that kept me going was that I loved what I did. You’ve got to find what you love. And that is as true for your work as it is for your lovers. Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking until you find it. Don’t settle.

My third story is about death.

When I was 17, I read a quote that went something like: “If you live each day as if it was your last, someday you’ll most certainly be right.” It made an impression on me, and since then, for the past 33 years, I have looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself: “If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?” And whenever the answer has been “No” for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something.

Remembering that I’ll be dead soon is the most important tool I’ve ever encountered to help me make the big choices in life. Because almost everything — all external expectations, all pride, all fear of embarrassment or failure – these things just fall away in the face of death, leaving only what is truly important. Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked. There is no reason not to follow your heart.

About a year ago I was diagnosed with cancer. I had a scan at 7:30 in the morning, and it clearly showed a tumor on my pancreas. I didn’t even know what a pancreas was. The doctors told me this was almost certainly a type of cancer that is incurable, and that I should expect to live no longer than three to six months. My doctor advised me to go home and get my affairs in order, which is doctor’s code for prepare to die. It means to try to tell your kids everything you thought you’d have the next 10 years to tell them in just a few months. It means to make sure everything is buttoned up so that it will be as easy as possible for your family. It means to say your goodbyes.

I lived with that diagnosis all day. Later that evening I had a biopsy, where they stuck an endoscope down my throat, through my stomach and into my intestines, put a needle into my pancreas and got a few cells from the tumor. I was sedated, but my wife, who was there, told me that when they viewed the cells under a microscope the doctors started crying because it turned out to be a very rare form of pancreatic cancer that is curable with surgery. I had the surgery and I’m fine now.

This was the closest I’ve been to facing death, and I hope it’s the closest I get for a few more decades. Having lived through it, I can now say this to you with a bit more certainty than when death was a useful but purely intellectual concept:

No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to heaven don’t want to die to get there. And yet death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it. And that is as it should be, because Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life’s change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new. Right now the new is you, but someday not too long from now, you will gradually become the old and be cleared away. Sorry to be so dramatic, but it is quite true.

Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.
When I was young, there was an amazing publication called The Whole Earth Catalog, which was one of the bibles of my generation. It was created by a fellow named Stewart Brand not far from here in Menlo Park, and he brought it to life with his poetic touch. This was in the late 1960′s, before personal computers and desktop publishing, so it was all made with typewriters, scissors, and polaroid cameras. It was sort of like Google in paperback form, 35 years before Google came along: it was idealistic, and overflowing with neat tools and great notions.

Stewart and his team put out several issues of The Whole Earth Catalog, and then when it had run its course, they put out a final issue. It was the mid-1970s, and I was your age. On the back cover of their final issue was a photograph of an early morning country road, the kind you might find yourself hitchhiking on if you were so adventurous. Beneath it were the words: “Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish.” It was their farewell message as they signed off. Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish. And I have always wished that for myself. And now, as you graduate to begin anew, I wish that for you.
Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish.

Do you know what it means? If you really wish to grow, you need to come out of your comfort zone. Almost all of us are suffering without a cause. The fear of fear is worse than fear itself. It will stop you from trying something new, it will stop you from growing and possibly it will stop you from realizing what your real potential is. The key to growth and success is to let go the fear. It’s first baby step towards anything great that future holds.

You already read Steve Jobs above and now I will fetch few words from the recent released Autobiography of Sachin Tendulkar ‘Playing It My Way’. He says "It was baptism by fire. So much so that after my very first innings in Test cricket, during which I was all at sea against Wasim and Waqar, I began to doubt my ability to bat and question whether I was ever going to be good enough to play at international level," Tendulkar writes in the book.

"What made it (my debut) event more significant was that we were playing against Pakistan in Pakistan and their bowling attack included fast bowlers of the quality of Imran Khan, Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis and Aaqib Javed, not to mention the leg-spinners Mushtaq Ahmed and Abdul Qadir - quite a test for any debutant," he wrote. Writing about his first tour in Chapter 3, the maestro recalled how the fiery Wasim, then in his prime, welcomed the youngster to Test cricket. "I was on strike to him for the third ball of the over, which turned out to be a vicious bouncer. Having studied Wasim's bowling, I was convinced the next ball would be yorker and was mentally prepared for it," he said. "It turned out to be another bouncer, which I left. While I kept expecting a fiery yorker, balls five and six also turned out to be bouncers, and at the end of the over I said to myself, 'Welcome to Test Cricket'."


The big names, the maestro are at the position because they did not let the fear rule over them. We all have some unique potential in ourselves; the only thing that needs to be done is coming out of the comfort zone and facing your fears.


And after reading the stories of both of the big names Steve Jobs and Sachin Tendulkar, what I learned is not hiding your own truth. Steve Jobs faced lots of problems and downfall as well family problems in his earlier life, yet he was proud to accept it in public. Same is with the maestro Sachin Tendulkar the record breaker cricketer from Indian Team, he accepted his fears publically, not only to inspire you and me but because he is not afraid of his facts.

Understanding Drug Addiction - Prevention & Cure



Often it is not easy for a non-addicted individual to understand what drug addiction is and how a person becomes paralysed on mind and cannot come out of it. It is often mistakenly assumed that drug abusers lack moral principles or willpower and that they could stop using drugs simply by choosing to change their behaviour. In reality, drug addiction is a complex disease, and quitting takes more than good intentions or a strong will. In fact, because drugs change the brain in ways that foster compulsive drug abuse, quitting is difficult, even for those who are ready to do so. Through scientific advances, we know more about how drugs work in the brain than ever, and we also know that drug addiction can be successfully treated to help people stop abusing drugs and lead productive lives.

Addiction is a chronic, often relapsing brain disease that causes compulsive drug seeking and use, despite harmful consequences to the addicted individual and to those around him or her. Although the initial decision to take drugs is voluntary for most people, the brain changes that occur over time challenge an addicted person’s self-control and hamper his or her ability to resist intense impulses to take drugs.

Fortunately, treatments are available to help people counter addiction’s powerful disruptive effects. Research shows that combining addiction treatment medications with behavioral therapy is the best way to ensure success for most patients. Treatment approaches that are tailored to each patient’s drug abuse patterns and any co-occurring medical, psychiatric, and social problems can lead to sustained recovery and a life without drug abuse. But for treating any such patients you need to know their addiction. Usually people tend to hide the addiction they have from their family, friends or near ones who are concerned. Let us tell you about few signs which could be taken as warning of drug use / abuse / addiction.

The few signs which we can notice and can take as a warning sign are:

Physical and health warning signs of drug abuse

·        Eyes that are bloodshot or pupils that are smaller or larger than normal.
·        Frequent nosebleeds--could be related to snorted drugs (meth or cocaine).
·        Changes in appetite or sleep patterns.  Sudden weight loss or weight gain.
·        Seizures without a history of epilepsy.
·        Deterioration in personal grooming or physical appearance.
·        Injuries/accidents and person won’t or can’t tell you how they got hurt.
·        Unusual smells on breath, body, or clothing.
·        Shakes, tremors, incoherent or slurred speech, impaired or unstable coordination.

Behavioural signs of drug abuse
·        Drop in attendance and performance at work or school; loss of interest in extracurricular activities, hobbies, sports or exercise; decreased motivation.
·        Complaints from co-workers, supervisors, teachers or classmates.
·        Unusual or unexplained need for money or financial problems; borrowing or stealing; missing money or valuables.
·        Silent, withdrawn, engaging in secretive or suspicious behaviours.
·        Sudden change in relationships, friends, favourite hangouts, and hobbies.
·        Frequently getting into trouble (arguments, fights, accidents, illegal activities).

Psychological warning signs of drug abuse
·        Unexplained change in personality or attitude.
·        Sudden mood changes, irritability, angry outbursts or laughing at nothing.
·        Periods of unusual hyperactivity or agitation.
·        Lack of motivation; inability to focus, appearing lethargic or “spaced out.”
·        Appearing fearful, withdrawn, anxious, or paranoid, with no apparent reason.

No Doubt Prevention Is the Key:

Drug addiction is a preventable disease. Results from NIDA-funded research have shown that prevention programs involving families, schools, communities, and the media are effective in reducing drug abuse. Although many events and cultural factors affect drug abuse trends, when youths perceive drug abuse as harmful, they reduce their drug taking. Thus, education and outreach are key in helping youth and the general public understand the risks of drug abuse. Teachers, parents, medical and public health professionals must keep sending the message that drug addiction can be prevented if one never abuses drugs.
Treatment:

Because drug abuse and addiction have so many dimensions and disrupt so many aspects of an individual's life, treatment is not simple. Effective treatment programs typically incorporate many components, each directed to a particular aspect of the illness and its consequences. Addiction treatment must help the individual stop using drugs, maintain a drug-free lifestyle, and achieve productive functioning in the family, at work, and in society. Because addiction is typically a chronic disease, people cannot simply stop using drugs for a few days and be cured. Most patients require long-term or repeated episodes of care to achieve the ultimate goal of sustained abstinence and recovery of their lives.

Too often, addiction goes untreated: According to SAMHSA's National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH), 23.2 million persons (9.4 percent of the U.S. population) aged 12 or older needed treatment for an illicit drug or alcohol use problem in 2007. Of these individuals, 2.4 million (10.4 percent of those who needed treatment) received treatment at a specialty facility (i.e., hospital, drug or alcohol rehabilitation or mental health centre). Thus, 20.8 million persons (8.4 percent of the population aged 12 or older) needed treatment for an illicit drug or alcohol use problem but did not receive it. These estimates are similar to those in previous years.

Principles of Effective Treatment

Scientific research since the mid–1970s shows that treatment can help patients addicted to drugs stop using, avoid relapse, and successfully recover their lives. Based on this research, key principles have emerged that should form the basis of any effective treatment programs:
·        Addiction is a complex but treatable disease that affects brain function and behavior.
·        No single treatment is appropriate for everyone.
·        Treatment needs to be readily available.
·        Effective treatment attends to multiple needs of the individual, not just his or her drug abuse.
·        Remaining in treatment for an adequate period of time is critical.
·        Counseling—individual and/or group—and other behavioral therapies are the most commonly used forms of drug abuse treatment.
·        Medications are an important element of treatment for many patients, especially when combined with counseling and other behavioral therapies.
·        An individual's treatment and services plan must be assessed continually and modified as necessary to ensure that it meets his or her changing needs.
·        Many drug–addicted individuals also have other mental disorders.
·        Medically assisted detoxification is only the first stage of addiction treatment and by itself does little to change long–term drug abuse.
·        Treatment does not need to be voluntary to be effective.
·        Drug use during treatment must be monitored continuously, as lapses during treatment do occur.
·        Treatment programs should assess patients for the presence of HIV/AIDS, hepatitis B and C, tuberculosis, and other infectious diseases as well as provide targeted risk–reduction counseling to help patients modify or change behaviors that place them at risk of contracting or spreading infectious diseases.

Effective Treatment Approaches

Medication and behavioral therapy, especially when combined, are important elements of an overall therapeutic process that often begins with detoxification, followed by treatment and relapse prevention. Easing withdrawal symptoms can be important in the initiation of treatment; preventing relapse is necessary for maintaining its effects. And sometimes, as with other chronic conditions, episodes of relapse may require a return to prior treatment components. A continuum of care that includes a customized treatment regimen—addressing all aspects of an individual's life, including medical and mental health services—and follow–up options (e.g., community – or family-based recovery support systems) can be crucial to a person's success in achieving and maintaining a drug–free lifestyle.

Medications can be used to help with different aspects of the treatment process.

Behavioral Treatments

Behavioral treatments help patients engage in the treatment process, modify their attitudes and behaviors related to drug abuse, and increase healthy life skills. These treatments can also enhance the effectiveness of medications and help people stay in treatment longer.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi wants NGOs to write to him about their experiences in helping battle drug addiction, a topic he plans to highlight in his third radio address to the country, likely to be held on Sunday, November 16.

"I invite you to share your views on the issue of mitigating the menace of drugs. If you worked in this area, please share your experiences," the PM tweeted this morning. "I call upon NGOs that are working on this to share their experiences as well," he added.
